My Culinary Journey

I completed my culinary training in France where I worked in gastronomic restaurants in Normandie and the French Alpes. My restaurant closes annually for 6 weeks in the fall and I take that opportunity to return home to Pennsylvania to visit family & share my passion for fine dining with discerning palates in Lancaster and Allentown.
